Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
1) Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-7 working days. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
- Refunds are limited to one per customer (multiple services or multiple signups do not qualify).
- Refunds are not granted to accounts closed for Terms of Service violations.
- Existing product upgrades or downgrades are not refundable.
- Refunds are not granted on domain registration/renewal/transfer.
- Refund is not available on purchases from credit balance.
- If you already have a product and order a new product, no refund policy will apply.
- No refund will be made if our team does not find any issue in your hosting plan from our side.
- No refund will be made if service is suspended (email marketing/email abuse/misuse/inappropriate/illegal/immoral/account over-use) or terminated.
2) Tax
We will not refund tax, transaction charges, or convenience fees.

- Shared Hosting - 7 Days
- Unlimited Hosting - 7 Days
- Reseller Hosting - 3 Day Refund
- Master Hosting - 3 Day Refund
- Alpha Reseller - 3 Days
- Root Reseller - No Refund
- VPS Hosting - No Refund
- Domain - No Refund
4) Refund Charge
- For Indian users: 2% charge for refund.
- For PayPal users: 10% refund charge.
